All conference attendees must register using the Registration Form.
Please download the document, fill, and send it to congressos@caravela.pt together with proof of payment, as detailed in the registration form.
Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon request, a letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued after registration and payment. If necessary, please contact ICOPEV 2024 organisation through the email provided (icopev@dps.uminho.pt).

* To qualify as a student, the delegate must present a valid student card. A copy of your valid student identification card must be submitted at the time of pre-registration. You will also be asked to present your student identification card at the registration desk on-site.
Normal and student registration fees include:
Registration deadline for inclusion in Book of Proceedings: September 30, 2024.
Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
